We take great pride in the number of amenities found in Carrington Communities. No other neighborhood in Norman has these community assets to offer its residents.

The Clubhouse The clubhouse is available for use by all Carrington residents. It is the perfect place to hold meetings, host parties and showers, or hang out with friends. The larger of the two neighborhood pools sits just behind the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse can be rented by residents for exclusive use for a modest fee. |

Clubhouse Pool The larger of two pools, the Clubhouse pool is available for use by all residents. (This pool cannot be rented for exclusive use). Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. |

Carrington Lane Pool This pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and can be rented by residents for parties. A large playground with play structures sits behind the pool. |

Lakes The lakes are actually detention ponds but serve many more purposes. They are habitat for animals, fishing spots and the backbone of our walking trails. They are not for swimming but non-motorized watercraft can be used with permission. |

Walking Trails Walking trails can be found around the lakes and other amenities. Lace up your running shoes and get moving! |

200 Meter Track Located toward the west end of the neighborhood is a 200 meter track. The center of the track serves as a soccer and football practice field. |

Soccer Fields Carrington residents can practice soccer or play a pick-up game on the newly constructed soccer field. The field is located toward the west end of the neighborhood. |

Basketball Court Shoot hoops with friends or play a quick game of H-O-R-S-E on our newly constructed basketball court located toward the west end of the neighborhood. |

Dog Parks Take Fido for a walk and let him play with his canine friends in the safe confines of one of our dog parks. There are two parks: one for large dogs and one for small dogs. |

Playgrounds There are three playgrounds throughout the neighborhood. One is next to the Clubhouse. One is behind the Carrington Lane pool and the other is behind the picnic pavilion located at the Moorgate entrance. |

Open Spaces There are open green spaces placed strategically throughout the community so you can create your own activity, have a picnic or just enjoy the view. |
